Cart and order

Only available product variants can be added to the cart, in accordance with the minimum quantity or package indicated for the product.

The cart shows the product, variant, quantity, price, net and gross values and order summary. Quantities should be checked before proceeding.

The product in the basket is not reserved. The reservation takes place only when the order is correctly placed and may not be made if another customer buys the last available items earlier.

Before placing an order, the customer confirms the company details, delivery address, GLS method, payment method and required declarations.

After successfully placing the order, the store assigns it a number and presents a confirmation. We send additional confirmation to the e-mail address assigned to the order.

The order status and further actions depend on the payment result, product availability and the fulfillment process in MagazynDipiu.
